First of all- how we found out about cheap flight tickets to the Maldives?
I spotted it on fly4free.pl 🙂 Price- 1450 PLN/340e. The price was veeery good. Of course, we’ve counted tickets from Krakow to Paris- 400PLN/80e both ways with big luggage and hotel for one night in Paris (there was no connection from Krakow to Paris with good hours for the switch ) 100PLN/23e. So in total, it was 1950PLN/443e which was still very good price comparing to flights from Krakow to the Maldives. We’ve decided to buy it 😉
Plan for our trip was (hours in local time):
3.10.2016, 13:00- Krakow to Paris
3.10 sleeping in Paris
4.10.2016, 10:25- Paris to Rhijad
5.10.2016, 1:00 am- Riyadh- Male
5.10 2016, at 8:00 am we were in Male 🙂
time difference from Krakow to Male was +4h
Coming back:
12.10.2016, 16:00- Male to Riyadh
13.10.2016, 1.30 am- Riyadh to Paris
13.10.2016, 16:20- Paris to Krakow
We treated this long journey as an adventure and test how long trip we can handle 🙂 When we were waiting between one flight and another we were sitting, walking, eating, talking, playing cards, reading a book, sleeping etc. But we anyway we were tired after the trip.
Flights from Paris and to Paris were amazing. From Krakow and to Krakow we were flying with EasyJet, a low budget company with low quality, but nothing to complain. From Paris and to Paris were flying with Saudia Airlines and the first time in our lives with so good airlines 😉 Comfortable chairs, tablets with movies, games, maps, and cameras! Great food, pillow, blanket, drinks available all the time 😉 for us it was the first time like this and it was awesome! We can honestly recommend you these airlines 🙂

This is what we saw after going out from the airport! 🙂
You need to be prepared for a long journey, take some snacks with you, some book, cards, music etc. And when flying with Arabic airlines or threw muslin country you need to be aware:
- movies will be with censor- knees, arms, kisses, alcohol all censored
- no alcohol on the plane
- a lot of women in hijab or even more
- as a woman, you need to be covered (arms, legs, breasts) and anyway Muslim guys will be watching you all the time
- you can pay on airport only in their currency or with the card (no $)
- it is cold in an airplane and an airport! Air condition is working very much so take a jacket with you 😉
- toilets are different than ours, with a place for ablution and with small showers in a toilet cabin
But you can live with all of this when you know what is your destination 🙂
